Vitil Solutions was founded in 1977 and provides IT service management and support for government organizations and businesses. We have developed expertise in ITSM applications, ITIL, KCS and performance metrics analytics. Our work led us to: 1) the innovations needed within ITSM software to systematically detect underlying problems which cause incidents, 2) a practical way to leverage knowledge articles for providing thorough and repeatable processes, making training occur in real-time and minimizing any impact from staff turnover, 3) provide comprehensive SLA metrics and 4) provide data-driven results for strategic and design decisions.
